1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings of holiday apartments at Sonnenhof Alpenblick, Maria Berger, Bergstraße 7, 83229 Aschau im Chiemgau, Germany.

By booking you accept these terms.

Your booking request is a binding offer. The rental contract begins with our written confirmation. We send the confirmation by email.

All prices are final and include VAT.

Payment is made in two parts:

For short-notice bookings (less than 3 days before arrival), the full amount is due immediately.

You can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. We refund the full deposit.

For later cancellation or no-show, we charge 100% of the rental price.

Check-in: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Other times are possible by arrangement. Key handover is via a key box. You receive the code before your arrival.

Pets are welcome. We charge 15 EUR per pet per stay. Please mention your pets when booking.

Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Report any damage immediately.

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Your stay is at your own risk.

You are liable for damage caused by you or your companions to the apartment or its furnishings.

We may withdraw from the contract if the apartment is unavailable due to force majeure. In this case, we refund all payments already made.

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
